Origin of the Pineapple Linzer

The Pineapple Linzer cookie was conceived by Té Company in 2015 and is an interpretation of the traditional pineapple cake from Taiwan. The cookie is made with two discs of hazelnut shortbread and filled with pineapple jam. It was developed as a sweet snack to compliment the tea service in our West Village tearoom.

How long do the linzers last

Pineapple Linzers will remain fresh at room temperature for 10 days from packing date. They will last up to three weeks refrigerated or two months in the freezer.

What size is each linzer

Each linzer is about 2.5" in diameter x 0.5" in height


Flour, butter, sugar, pineapple, eggs, hazelnuts, salt, baking powder, salt, vanilla, peppers, yuzu, lime.

Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, & peanuts. 

Shipping Details

Linzers are prepared fresh in our West Village location.

We only ship Tuesday-Thursday, via Domestic USPS Priority Mail. No shipments on Friday-Monday.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Please email us at 2 days before the desired pick up date.

Pick up time is noon-7pm during business hours. Reminder the tearoom is closed on Mondays.

We are the team behind Té Company, a New York City based tea company specializing in Taiwanese teas. Our West Village tearoom opened in October 2015, serving pots of teas alongside composed snacks. We offer in depth tea tasting experiences in addition to loose leaf tea and teaware for purchase. Individual and boxes of Pineapple Linzers are also available for sale.
